Handmade items and natural materials may show minor variations in color, finish, texture, shape, or dimensions.
Prices, promotions, availability, and product information may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted.

Orders & Acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase and is not final until accepted.
Copper Moment may decline or cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or legal reasons.
If merchandise cannot be shipped within the stated or legally applicable period, the customer may be asked to consent to a delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for approving spelling, dates, initials, sizes, measurements, materials, colors, and design details.
Production begins only after the design, quote, timing, and payment terms are approved.
Custom and personalized items are generally final sale except where damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.

Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or communicated for approved custom work.
Orders may remain pending until payment is authorized, received, or verified.
Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or unauthorized payment activity may result in order suspension, cancellation, or account restriction.
